Quick Tips To Maintain Your Exclusive Designer Shoes

It is a popular notion that fashion is a territory ruled by only women. Today, even men don't lag far behind when it comes to flaunting their style in the enigmatic fashion. The fact remains that the way men perceive fashion differs greatly from women.

While women seem too obsessive about garments, jewelries, and make ups, for men it is more about donning themselves with branded outfits and accessories. Yes, it’s true. Accessories contribute a large part of men's fashion. Adorning oneself with the right accessory speaks about the man’s taste, outlook and greatly reinforces his personality.

Popular brands like David Eden, Belvedere, and MZ Couture have their trousseau filled with men's designer shoes, designer belts that might just be the right fit for your wardrobe. Don’t buy a shoe because you like its design. Wearing shoes of smaller size you develop swelling. Improperly sized shoes make you living difficult. You have difficulty in walking with increased chances of accidents.

Designer shoes in general are of good quality and are highly durable. This is due to the fact that they use graded leather which are hand sewn to make the shoe durable enough. Get yourself assured that the stitches on its sides are intact. There are some basic guidelines which if followed can stretch the longevity of your designer shoes.
Firstly, when you are not wearing the shoe, make sure you tuck in some tissue papers. Stuff the shoes just as they were when you brought them. This would help maintaining its shape. While you wrap the shoe do not forget to wrap the buckles. Again, most folk like using a shoe horn while wearing a designer shoe. This results into additional wear and tear and pushes the heel down.

When it comes to shoe maintenance, there is some bit of hygiene to be maintained. Avoid placing the shoes in damp, wet areas which attract molds. Make sure that the storage rack allows ample air circulation so that it does not become a breeding ground for molds. Molds not only destroy your shoes but can give rise to allergic conditions. Make sure that you polish the shoes once in a month. One of the most common mistake people make is that they polish shoes heavily. This leads to development of grainy texture round the creases. It is important to brush off the dust with a rag before you apply the polish. If possible, try using a leather conditioner after you have finished polishing. This would help you maintain its soft texture making it comfortable enough.

Most importantly, use your designer shoes alternatively. Wearing the same shoe everyday makes it perspire and this potentially damages it. Using the shoes alternately gives it a day to dry off and increases its longevity.
